AxiomDelta was built by a coach.

This coaching engine is the result of one coach's journey to create a powerful application that could keep the relationship close and the business clean. Depth of connection and clarity of results.

AxiomDelta is the operating system for integrated coaching practices. One platform replaces your bookkeeper, your CRM, your email platform, your scheduler, your form builder, and the duct tape between them — all running under a single login.

At the center is a real-time scoring engine that reads each client’s current state, history, and outcomes, then scores the coach’s specific pathway library for every session. No generic protocols — the practice is built from the coach’s own content, on the fly.

Clean double-entry books, Stripe posting its own journal entries, outcome-triggered communications firing when a client’s state shifts — the system carries the scaffolding so the coach can carry the work.

What I believe

Receipts over memory.

I don’t trust my memory to serve thirty-three clients. The system keeps a ledger of every session, every outcome, every dollar — so I can keep the relationship.

The scaffolding is the system. The work is the relationship.

Books, billing, broadcasts, intake — a coach shouldn’t be spending evenings on any of it. Running the whole practice on one stack is what lets me show up.

Consistency beats optimization.

The engine holds your state between sessions, so we pick up where you actually are — not where the old plan assumed. Showing up is the only real variable.

Honest books, honest practice.

Every Stripe charge posts a balanced journal entry the same day. The clarity I want in the practice, I want in the business — and the accountant gets real books, not a spreadsheet.
